Volkswagen t3 enka 1987

The T3 is a van that was produced from 1979 to 1992 by Volkswagen. It is the third generation of the Transporter series and is characterized by its boxy design and rear-mounted engine. Available in various configurations, including passenger cars, vans, and camper vans, the T3 was known for its practical, spacious interior and overall reliability. This T3 is a rare “Enka” model. Enka stands for Einzelkabine, which means “single cab” in German. The Enka variant is specifically a single-cab pickup version of the T3 Transporter. This Enka has been carefully restored and well-maintained. It is a special variant with an access point in the middle of the rear wall. This was designed for use with a camper top, allowing people to move freely from the cab to the camper without leaving the vehicle. See EXAMPLE photos. (Camper top not included!) This T3 was originally delivered in Germany and comes with documentation/invoices dating back to the 1990s. A freshly painted spare tire is included, as well as a new carpet set. Because this is a later-production T3, it features several upgrades over earlier T3 models, such as power steering, the JX 1600cc turbo diesel engine (approximately 70 hp), and a 5-speed manual transmission. These additions make this iconic VW classic perfectly suited for modern driving and comfort!
